There are a couple of ways you can find a product on souqfort.

  • Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.
  • Use the main menu (which is divided by product categories) to navigate your way on the site.

We try and offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance, we do not have a product you’re looking for on souqfort, please let us know and we will try and get it for you. You can drop us an email at

Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the Sign In / Register button on the top right corner. You can sign up using your preferred social site (Facebook, Google) OR fill the Registration form there. Two clicks and you’re officially a part of the souqfort family.


Placing an order on souqfort is a piece of cake.

  • Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the category menu).
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the “Add To Cart”.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • After you’re done choosing products, click on “Shopping Bag” icon (located on the top right).
  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.
  • Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
  • That’s it! You will receive an email notification confirming your order along with your order#.
  • In some cases we may call you for verification to process your order. Easy isn’t it? 🙂

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders on the phone. Our site is available to take orders all the time though! 🙂

If incase if you have not received a confirmation email, this must be because if the following scenarios:

  1. If you are a non-registered customer and doing the registration during your purchase, please check if you have entered the email correctly.
  2. Check your SPAM or JUNK folder of your email.

If you’ve placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don’t worry. Just email us at and someone from our team will help you out.

Sign in to your souqfort account.

Click on the ‘My Orders’ tab in the “Dashboard” to view all your successful orders.

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your souqfort account and clicking on “My Account” > Dashboard > My Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product.

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive call from our delivery partner to confirm your availability and timing.

All orders will be shipped and handled by our delivery partners.


You can choose from the following options to pay for your souqfort orders:

  1. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa and MasterCard)
  2. Cash on Delivery

Our payment gateway accepts almost all kinds of credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Maestro.

There can be several reasons for a card payment to be denied.

For debit cards, the reason is almost always due to insufficient funds.

For failed credit card payments, it might be due to outstanding payments or insufficient credit.

Kindly contact your issuing bank to find out the reason for any unsuccessful payment attempts.

There could be several reasons for this. It’s best if you contact your issuing bank to check the status and resolve such issues. We unfortunately would not have any control over this.


As of this posting, delivery cost ranges from AED15 to AED20 depending on the location. We may waive the delivery cost in exceptional cases such as Sales, Promotions, Offers etc.

We deliver through all 7 emirates if UAE. Delivery days may apply depending on the location.

We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries.

We usually dispatch products on the same working day in the UAE if the order is processed before 2pm. At times it may take 2-3 working days to deliver. For remote areas we deliver once a week.

Privacy & Security

100% Yes. We’ve invested in some of the best systems in the world. Plus, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information relayed between souqfort and our gateway is encrypted using a 256bit SSL certificate (HTTPS). We’ve passed stringent compliance tests set by our bank to be able to accept payments online.

No. You will never be spammed by souqfort. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.


Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. Its easy to change your souqfort password. Log in using your current credentials and then follow the instruction below.

Click ‘My Account‘ on the top right corner of the site and select “Dashboard” from the dropdown.

Once you see your dashboard, click “EDIT ACCOUNT

Enter the New and Old Password and click on “Save Changes

Once you change your password, you will receive an email confirmation for the same.

Everyone’s been in this situation at some point. To reset your password, click on “Sign In” on the top right and then “Lost Your Password?”. Enter your registered email and click on “Reset Password”. A password reset link will be sent on your email. Come back to the site using the password reset link in the email, enter a new password and change it to something you can remember.

Once you have reset your password, Log-in to your account using new credentials.
